Decrease sources of stress
Stress is much easier to deal with if it is nonexistent. By not doing the things that create stress such as relationships,too much work, etc... you can become much less stressed.
Sleep
Often, people become more stressed due to lack of sleep. The more sleep you get the less tired you are and therefore you are less likely to become stressed.
